In 2012 John and Tami Frymark decided to leave the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and return to their midwestern roots by moving to North Texas.

Once they were settled into the Flying F Ranch, John and Tami started an apiary. Not only did they want to help increase the dwindling honey bee population, the Frymark's soon realized the raw honey created by their bees was incredibly delicious.

The Flying F Ranch started with two young angus heifers and quickly grew to a small, manageable herd. The beef is 100% grass fed and natural.
